Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of digital goods (instant delivery of credentials), all sales are final once credentials are delivered. However, we provide protections for failed deliveries and defective accounts.

30-Day Replacement Guarantee

If your account access stops working within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Contact Telegram support with your order reference
  • We verify the issue and send new credentials
  • One replacement per order (additional issues evaluated case-by-case)
  • Covers: login failures, account bans, credential changes by provider
  • Does not cover: feature changes, provider price increases, your password changes

Automatic Refunds

Full refunds are issued automatically in these cases:

  • Out of stock: If no inventory is available when your payment confirms
  • Delivery failure: If credentials cannot be delivered after 3 retry attempts
  • Duplicate payment: If you accidentally pay twice for the same order

Refunds are processed to the original payment address via NOWPayments within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Credentials successfully delivered and working
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the tool
  • Provider changes features, pricing, or terms
  • You violate provider's Terms of Service and account is banned
  • Network fees or crypto price fluctuations
  • Wrong network selected during payment (funds may be unrecoverable)

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund outside the automatic cases:

  1. Contact Telegram support within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order reference and detailed explanation
  3. We review within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refund processed via NOWPayments to original address

Crypto Payment Specifics

  • Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency you paid with
  • Refund amount = original USD value at time of purchase (not crypto amount)
  • Network fees for refund transaction are deducted
  • You must provide a valid receiving address for the same network

Chargebacks & Disputes

Crypto payments are irreversible. Do not attempt chargebacks via your wallet/exchange — this will result in permanent account suspension and loss of replacement guarantee.
